After my fourth visit to First Choice on the Lakeshore I will definitely not be returning. I would go there because of convenience of location. Every time I would go home and find strands of long hair here and there which I would attempt at fixing myself (which didn't work out too good). One time she didn't cut the hair at the back that had been covered by the apron that they put around your neck. I specifically asked her to shave my neck to prevent there being any strands at the back and when I came home one side still had long strands (she only shaved half). I went back and saw her having a cigarette at the back as I walked by and saw someone sitting in a small office eating. I went inside and two people were waiting. I stood around for a bit and then decided to go outside to see her and what she could do for me but by that time she came back inside and took the customer that was waiting. She asked me what I would like and I told her about the lond hairs at the back. She told me she would take a look in about an hour. I walked out the door and said I would not be returning. I went home and did some snipping but it does not look very good. Normally a trip to the hairdresser is about making you feel better about yourself!
